Up to three prenatal appointments

• On-call starting at 37 weeks 
• Unlimited texts/calls/emails
• Birth support at start of labor, present until 1-2 hours after delivery
• Lactation counseling and support
• Three postpartum visits ( one hour)
• Unlimited texts/calls for up to three months postpartum

I can assist with watching baby while you rest, shower, etc, or help with light housework to help you focus on your baby-(meal prep, folding laundry, dishes, vacuuming). Overnights can be arranged-ask me about pricing. 

For one night, you get mostly uninterrupted sleep while I stay awake with baby. I will bring baby to you in bed to feed if breastfeeding, but otherwise provide care so you can get some much needed rest. It's extremely important for your mental and physical well being to get at least a three hour block of uninterrupted sleep as a new parent. Getting less increases the risk of postpartum mood disorders. If baby allows I will quietly tidy and prepare food during the night. I do require a smoke free home but love pets! 

I will provide evidence-based lactation support by helping parents with breastfeeding challenges-(latching, increasing supply, addressing nipple pain, pumping, etc). This can be done in person (the best way) or virtually if preferred. Happy to help with bottle, supplementing and formula questions and concerns as well. I do not judge a client's feeding choices- ever. If the issue lands outside my scope of practice or expertise, I will help you find a qualified individual for help.
